Family Tree Clinic

Resources for Trans Community

Family Tree Clinic is happy to help trans and gender expansive patients find affirming and accessible local resources related to their health and wellness. We believe that true healing is holistic and closely tied to resource access and mental health.

The trans community has a rich and diverse history of resource sharing in the Twin Cities, from helping each other navigate basic needs like healthcare and housing to organizing trans-specific support groups and mutual aid funds. The following resources reflect a portion of this history and current work by trans people and others to build a healthy community for all, regardless of gender identity, gender expression, race, culture, income, disability, immigration status, and more. Please note that Family Tree Clinic does not endorse any organization listed below, particularly as people and services change over time. We encourage you to seek connection and allies as you navigate resources for yourself, your loved ones, and/or your clients. We are regularly looking to partner with aligned people and organizations to strengthen and diversify the network of resources available to our trans and gender expansive patients! If you have questions or would like to connect further, please fill out an inquiry form below or contact our Patient Resources Coordinator at navigator@familytreeclinic.org. Thank you for your partnership!
