You are eligible for this program if you:

• Are a MN resident (must have MN mailing address)
• Are a U.S. citizen or a non-citizen who is qualified to participate in federally funded programs
• Have an income at or below 200 percent of federal poverty guidelines (under $2010 gross monthly income for a single person). Your parents’ income is not considered in the application.
• Are not pregnant
• Are not enrolled in Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare or General Assistance Medical Care.
