| Bacterial Vaginosis | Vaginal discharge with a strong smell. |
| Chlamydia | Discharge and a burning sensation when urinating, however, three quarters of infected women and half of infected men have no symptoms |
| Gonorrhea | Burning sensation when urinating and a yellowish white discharge and in some cases bleeding. |
| Herpes | Sores or blisters in the genital area combined with tingling and burning. Shooting pain, flu like symptoms or swollen glands in the groin. |
| HIV / AIDS | Most people with HIV do not have symptoms. Symptoms of fatigue, unexplained fever and night sweats may begin to appear as the infection develops into AIDS. |
| HPV (Genital Warts) | Growths or bumps that appear on the vulva, in or around the vagina, on the penis, scrotum, or anus. Genital warts may be raised or flat, single or multiple, small or large, pink, red, flesh-colored, or yellow-grey. |
| Jock Itch | Scaling, blistering, ring-like marks on the skin, persistent itching and irritation. |
| Molluscum | Firm, flesh-colored, doughnut-shaped bumps, about 2-5 mm in diameter. their sunken centers contain a white, curdy-type material |

| Syphilis | The primary stage of syphilis is usually marked by the appearance of a single sore (called a chancre), but there may be multiple sores. The chancre is usually firm, round, small, and painless. |
| Trichomonas | In women, vaginal itching, irritation and discharge. in men, urethral itching, a discharge from the penis, urinary frequency or burning with urination. |
